在美丽的彩云之南、丽江古城边，首届玉龙雪山超级越野赛于5月13日精彩落幕。
赛事共包含ULTRA 50K和SKYRACE 21K两个组别，累计爬升分别为3890米和1880米。赛道坐落于玉龙雪山南侧，以玉龙雪山经典徒步线路为主。赛道整体海拔处于2400m-4460m之间，途经茶马古道重要地标文海、丽江高山植物园、玉龙第一峰、玉柱擎天、蚂蝗坝及赛道最高点——海拔4460m的玉龙大峡谷，终点设置于玉龙雪山脚下的古村落玉湖村。

13日凌晨5时，ULTRA 50K组55名选手从拉市海美泉出发；两小时之后，共有57名SKYRACE 21K组选手从玉柱擎天出发。

35名选手完成了此组别的比赛，完赛率为63.6%。

比赛前面几天时有阵雨侵袭, 布置路标时山顶下起雨雪，给赛事组织带来极大压力，然而比赛当天风和日丽。100多名赛事工作人员、志愿者在赛道上从凌晨工作至夜幕，12名志愿者提前一天徒步上蚂蝗坝以及4000多米的箭竹林进行赛事筹备，晚上则需要在温度极低的山上露营过夜。本次协助比赛的100多名志愿者来自全国各地的登山圈老鸟、丽江当地的户外体育运动协会、户外俱乐部、跑团。

First edition of Lijiang SkyView Adventure was capped of on May 13th at Lijiang ancient town in Yunnna province. 2017 Lijiang SkyView Adventure has two distances: ULTRA 50K and SKYRACE 21K. Accumulated elevation gain for each distance is 3,890m and 1,880. Racecourse is along the southern side of Yulong Snow Mountain, covering the classic hiking route in this area, passing Culture Sea, which is landmark venue of Ancient Tea Route, Lijiang Alpine Botanical Garden, Yulong Peak, Skyreach Pilla and Yulong Grand Canyon, which is the highest point 4,460m of this race. Race ends at Yuhu village, an ancient village located at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain.

At 5am on May 13th, 55 competitors of ULTRA 50K distance start from Lashi Lake Wetland Park. Two hours later, 57 competitors of SKYRACE 21K distance start from Skyreach Pilla.

Weather was pretty sunny on race day. Plus weather variations in high altitude, all became a big challenge for competitor, staff and volunteers. More than 100 race staff and volunteers work day and night. The day before the race day, 12 volunteers hike to Mahuang Ba and JianZuLin which is at 4,000 altitude for preparation and camped in mountains where temperature dropped greatly at night. There are more than 100 volunteers for this race, coming from local outdoor sports association, outdoor club, running group. Some of them are senior mountaineers all over China.
