岳麓山是湖南著名的国家5A级风景名胜，海拔300.8米，是南岳衡山72峰的最后一峰，是中国四大赏枫胜地之一，自古有“南岳周围八百里，回雁为首，岳麓为足”之誉，岳麓书院、爱晚亭、麓山寺、云麓宫、新民学会旧址、黄兴墓、蔡锷墓、第九战区司令部战时指挥部旧址等景点分布其中。

Yuelu Mountain is one of the most famous scenery in Changsha City. 

岳麓山更是长沙跑者的跑步圣地，在这里不仅可以欣赏到千亩茶园的秀美风光，领略到小桥流水人家的乡村气息，更有深邃的中国古文化精华耳濡目染，路径两旁绿树葱葱，山顶山峦叠嶂，全程赛道以山间小路为主，适宜奔跑，又有连续爬升，具有一定挑战性。

注：主办方为参加活动者提供行李寄存服务，同时提醒参加活动者不宜在包裹内存放贵重物品，寄存的物品如有任何损坏、遗失或损毁，相关负责由行李寄存者本人自行承担。

活动全程以“Ultimate Direction & 深度体验长沙越野跑”丝带路标及活动标示为指引，部分路段有指引义工，参加活动选手必须按指引方向完成活动。

报名要求 Registration Requirement：

1、本活动面向广大爱好者公开报名，接受年龄在18-65岁之间的报名者参加。

2、报名者必须身体健康，经常参加体育训练。

3、尊重自然，承诺在越野跑比赛中尽自己最大努力与自然和谐共处。

4、以下疾病患者不宜参加活动：

a先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；

b高血压和脑血管疾病患者；

c心肌炎和其他心脏病患者；

d冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者；

e血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者；

f其它不适合剧烈运动的人员；

d 在其他国内外越野跑赛事中有严重违反比赛规则行为的人员。

5、本活动所有选手必须遵循主办方制定的活动规则；

6、参加本活动须在活动开始前签署免责协议。

注：在活动中，因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失，由参与者个人承担责任。 

* Race officials will be deployed along the route for safety and other reason. Participants must follow instructions given by the race officials during the race.

* Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Organizer. Participants are advised to take up their own personal or other insurance policies separately if necessary.

* Participants must be between 18 to 65 years old, and are advised to solicit medical advice from medical practitioners prior to registering for and taking part in the race. Participants should have adequate preparation to ensure that they are physically fit to compete in and complete the race category they have entered. Participants may also make reference of the Training Tips on the Marathon website and the official Facebook page. By submitting his / her application and subsequently taking part in the race, a Participant:

a.warrants and confirms to the Organizer that he / she is physically fit to take part in and complete the race;

b.agrees to indemnify the Organizer and hold the Organizerindemnified and harmless for i) any injury or death suffered by the Participant himself /herself or any other persons; and ii) any damage to property as a result of him / her not being physically fit to take part in and complete the race.

6、特别提醒 Important Notes：

（4）参加活动选手应根据自身体质状况量力而行，切忌超越自我身体极限。如遇身体不适，应放缓速度或徒步前行至补给站休息（或就地休息）。

（5）参加活动选手遇特急事件，请拨打号码布上面的活动组织方电话；

（6）如选手中途因被关门或非伤病原因自行退赛，须前往最近的检查站，或电话告知活动组织方。

*Please make sure your personal information submitted correctly and integrally, which ensures further services such as insurance and emergency services effectively. We will strictly keep your personal information confidential.

7、装备要求 About the Race Gears

（1）组委会为全部参加活动选手提供号码布、计时芯片和参加活动个人意外保险，号码布、计时芯片必须全程携带，否则取消参加活动资格。

The bib and timing bracelet should be taken all the way around.

（2）强制装备除号码布与计时芯片外，还包括不少于500ml的水袋或水壶、电量充足的手机、救生口哨等，不少于200大卡的能量食品，其他装备不做强制要求。

Except the bib and timing bracelet, the mandatory gears include water bag or water bottle with more than 500ml capacity; Mobil phone with enough power; Lifesaving whistle; Energy foods total calorific value not lower than 200 calories.

（3）建议装备 Recommend Gears：

越野跑衣裤、越野跑背包、救生毯、登山杖、防晒帽或头巾、GPS手表、驱蚊水、雨衣及防水袋、备用衣物、鞋袜、个人急救药品、运动能量食品等。

Trailrunning Closing、Trailrunning backpack、Trekking poles、Headwear and Sunscreen、GPS watch、Sport glasses、Insect repellant、Raincoat and waterproof bags、Spare clothes、Vaseline、First aid medicine、Energy foods.

活动规则 Rules

1、所有活动组织方要求的强制装备必须在活动中全程携带，一经发现装备不齐全，将受到警告、罚时甚至强制退出的惩罚。

All competitors must carry mandatory equipment at all times while on the race course. If a competitor is discovered to be lacking any item of the mandatory equipment, warnings shall be administered, or even lead to disqualification.

2、所有参加活动选手在活动当天必须进行活动签到、检录，若未检录，活动组织方将按放弃参与活动处理，不计竞赛成绩。

All competitors must check in on time, otherwise could be disqualified.

3、参加活动选手在活动途中，必须按照活动组织方要求的活动线路完成活动，不得借助任何交通工具，否则将取消活动竞赛成绩。

All competitors must follow the race courses, no vehicle can be used.

4、参加活动选手在关门时间内未到达各计时点者，作未完赛处理，不计成绩。

Race finishers who have to completed the race within 5 hours, no records will be count after cutting time.

5、参赛选手活动过程中，不得在垃圾桶以外的地方乱扔垃圾，不得恶意破坏植被、伤害动植物等，不得采摘任何农作物，如违反以上规定，活动组织方将视情节严重给予警告、罚时，甚至取消参赛资格。
